As July comes to an end soon, I'd like to wish all the July babies a very blessed month and a happy celebration.
It has been a blessed month and year so far for me and I pray that it continues to get better from here as well.
Now, introducing Cole Haan's new collection for FW, the Grand MØtion & GrandEvØlution Showcase.
I will be sharing with you one or two of my favourite pick from each collection for both males and females.
Before we get to that...
Let me describe this new collection in just four words,

This lightweight GrandPrø is definitely a favorite of mine and Muzakkir's. It didn't take long to catches our attention as it shouts "Us".
For a smart casual look, I'd suggest getting the Goji Berry color. While for an every day look, I'd suggest getting the Malbec Leather-Suede.
Getting bored of seeing the same ol' sports shoes worn by majority in the gym? Well, time to switch it up! With these gripped rubber soles shoes infused with Grand OS technology it ensures an all-day comfort. All day long.

My No.1 pick out of all the new designs.
The only cons about these are that they are a limited piece and they don't come in female sizes.
After they have eliminated all of the unnecessary weight of traditional court shoes without sacrificing the Grand.ØS principles of flexibility, cushioning, and ergonomics. This shoe has become one remarkable extremely lightweight shoe.

The third shoe that really catches my eyes would be the ZERØGRAND Stitchlite Wingtip Oxford. This is definitely perfect for Summer. They have many colors for this design and these two colors catches my eyes the most.
Cole Haan has kept up with the trend as they have made this knit upper style shoe. It provides maximum flexibility and breathability. Besides that, it is also a sock-like fit and it eliminates the need to fuss with the laces. For guys that are not into bold and bright colors, the white one is definitely for you as it is the easiest to match up with any look!
It is so light that it's safe to say "goodbye discomfort!"

Men's GrandEvølution Wingtip Oxford

Now who doesn't love a good pair of wingtip oxford shoes? Definitely not me! This Wingtip Oxford is so unique that I kept looking at it most of the time.
What's so special about this pair is that it is equipped with advanced cushioning and energy return of the new Dual-Density Grand Foam found in Cole Haan's new GrandEvølution oxford.
The moment, I touched the cushion of the shoe I had instant heart shape emoji going on in my mind as I knew instantly that this cushion eliminates discomfort and I feel that office men would truly appreciate this.
Now moving on...
Ladies..Ladies, don't fret!

StudiøGrand Knit Cross-Strap Sneaker

For the ladies, we have the StudiøGrand Sports Knit Sneaker. This design is simple yet it has a touch of elegance to it. To add on to that, it has the feminine touch to it as well.
These lightweight sneakers offer a low-profile silhouette and they added the crisscross elastic upper for a unique spin on classic athleisure wear.
These lightweight sneakers is also equipped with Cole Haan's Grand OS technology comfort system. This definitely, shouts "Shoes for dancers" to me. I can imagine dancers wearing these and truly appreciate the flexibility and comfort that comes with it as well!

Women's GrandPrø Paisley Perforated Tennis Sneaker

Secondly, we have this really sweet Paisley perforated Tennis sneaker for all those paisley lovers out there. This is for you! How can we possibly say no to this feminine design? I'd personally go for the rose color if I were to get one.
GrandPrø styles are half the weight of a normal sneaker. Interesting fact is that this sneaker has become Cole Haan's most lightweight sneaker among all.
The perforation design makes it highly breathable for our feet. This is definitely healthy for our precious feet!

As shown in the first photo of this post, Muzakkir was wearing the male version of this stylish pair. This is definitely a next-level integration of performance and tradition. Unique much? I think so too!
GrandEvølution Modern Monk features a dual-layer cushioning approach. Soft above and firm under. This way it provides shock absorption and firm stability.
This just means comfort to a whole new level!
To be honest, this modern monk shoe shouts "me" as well.
ZERØGRAND
Women's ZERØGRAND T-Strap Sandal

My last pick would be the ZERØGRAND T-Strap Sandal. We can never go wrong with our go to comfort sandal right, Ladies?
Platform Sandal has been on trend for quite some time now and what makes this one special is that it is innovated with the signature of ZERØGRAND lightness, flexibility, and cushioning.
Once again, it contains Cole Haan's Grand OS technology as well. Which means... hooray to another all-day standing comfort shoe!

My final thoughts on the new collection is that I'm truly fascinated by the unique design and technology that they have instilled into each piece. Each piece is unique and beautifully crafted. Definitely a must to get! Also, cheers to Cole Haan's team for being really enthusiastic while sharing with us and elaborating each piece of the new collection to us especially Min Yi and Daryl Teo. It's been a total privilege being those of the first few that gets to see the new FW 17' collection! I can assure you that for those that have gotten a new pair of shoe on that day, were really thrilled with their new purchase.
